When do I become old? When did my music become old?
I have a niece I text every now and then. She likes to talk about music and who she listens to. Always someone trendy and sexy.
She asked me who I was listening to. I said "Talking heads"
"Who?"
"You know, Burning Down the House, Psycho Killer."
"Ok. Never heard of them but job uncle."
Sigh. These songs aren't really that lost and forgotten, are they?

Old.... Its a term I can not get use to.... folks up and down these brick streets are retiring.. its saddens me.. because I think to work is to be productive, to accomplish... retire is to sit... and drift away
