At my day job, I have just become a middle manager. It's a different challege. The people who report to me are good, smart and hard working, so the change shouldn't bee to difficult.
At the store RO is stressing out. Christmas is arriving. We put up much money for Christmas, so that's kind of stressfull.

You gys have done pretty good so far, so your doing it right. Don't stress, just keeping following your plan and check it once in a while to make sure it makes sense for the two of you. Good luck!
