We are not sure how well my Cuban Sister-In-Law is doing. Internet is very unreliable in Cuba. My brother is lucky if they exchange a few short text messages a day. He wants his wife to return to Canada. At the moment, we don't know if that is even possible. 

My Sister-in-law's father has late, stage-four cancer. Would she return even if she had the choice?
