We went snowboarding Thursday night. And I hurt my knee. For now I'm just icing it, and keeping weight off of it.

AS we get older, the youthful activities of yester year get more complicated.. accidents happen.. be careful out there
I am with Tommy, I refuse to learn new winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. I know my limitations. I hope you didn't do any permanent damage.
