And, C2 is moving back to Seattle. He has bought a townhouse on Capitol Hill.

Congrats to the new Homeowner! The Grandsons lived in Washington State for a while and loved it there, but for them it wasn't affordable, but then, neither is Arizona now for most Young People, so they moved to New Mexico, lower cost of living there.
